Speaker B: Thank you for that Bailey. And welcome everybody out there in Crypto Talk radio found@CryptoTalkRadio.net Good evening and hopefully you had a pleasant Halloween. Hopefully you're keeping kids safe and not giving them candy. That may have been tainted by who knows what. But I know some still enjoy the holiday. I don't want to be a negative Nancy about it. Today's episode is a little bit special as we will talk a little bit about news bits, but I'm not going to focus on it. I did commit to doing a follow up coverage based on something I found around the garbage. I apologize for those that don't want to hear about the garbage, but I committed to doing it. I think there's value in doing it. So I will talk about that. I'll briefly talk about the Binance situation, just really briefly. I don't want to dig into it too deep and something was brought to my attention about Luna Classic. So stay tuned. Foreign. Market cap.com will zoom out to the month chart and we're going to start with Bitcoin, which is not looking too pleasant. Currently hovering around the $77,000 mark as I record it with what appears to be a downward trend. Not a sharp one, but still downward preceding a potential breakout, meaning a little bit more pain before it goes back up. Meanwhile in the Ethereum go steeply down. I don't see that from the chart. The chart appears to me as though it wants to go up after an initial drop from what I can tell. Currently hovering just shy of $2,300. But it does seem like it wants to go back up to about $2,400 mark. I'm not 100% sure on that call. Don't hold me to it. This is just spitballing based on the month chart. It's an odd chart because it's got some downward pressure from sell offs. I'll talk about here shortly, but it also looks like it wants to break to the upside just slightly. I don't know that it goes on a run, but it does feel like it wants to go back up. Just something's keeping it suppressed as has been the case for the extended past. Keep an eye on what's going on with Bitcoin and Ethereum. Meanwhile, be aware of some other external factors that are contributing to some of that downward pressure. One of those most recently was the hack of the Garuda Decentralized Exchange. The Garuda Decentralized Exchange did not specifically target Luna Classic. However, Luna Classic was one of the biggest asset classes listed on it, suffering a major breach with trillions of Luna Classic tokens stolen in a breach. Apparently what I was told is that one of their main wallets, the administration wallets, got compromised. It was the wallet that got compromised. And by doing so they were able to get to exploiting the contracts that govern a lot of these different tokens and coins. There's a number of different ones I had never even heard of. Do Fire Butcher, never heard of any of these. But there's also some layer two. So it's a pretty big deal. People kind of looking at it saying, what the hell's going on with this one? Of course, this is fresh off the heels of what you may have heard of as the Binance breach. The number there initially announced about $6 billion, then re reannounced as roughly about 2 to $3 billion worth of a breach. Binance came out, said funds are se, don't worry about it. We got recovery going on. And apparently they were able to recover actually, you know, from the chain. They were actually recover a lot of the assets, if you didn't know. Binance has what's referred to as the Seifu, which is a fund that they have. It's like an insurance that they have internally. I talked about this one with the Seifu garbage project with the car salesman, where in their charts. And then it was another garbage token, I forget the name of it. But in their white paper and in their charts they were talking about we, because we're bnb, we have the Seifu. And I said that's not how that works. It's not just because you're on the Binance smart chain. The Binance Exchange is what has the Seifu Fund. You have to be on the exchange in order to benefit from that fund. It's not just because you're bnb. So a lot of these garbage BNB tokens were using the fact that Binance talked about the Seifu Fund and claimed that they were covered by that fund when they really were not covered by the fund. You're only covered by the fund if you're listed on Binance. So these ones that just got breached very recently from the Binance Exchange Finance had coverage for the holders. The asset holders were made whole, allegedly. But they were also able to recover the assets from the breach itself because there was a various Freezes and things happening on chain. So that caused a little bit of downward on the bitcoin side because of the nature of the breach, the size of the breach, Elon Musk got attacked by cz, Binance or a bunch of kids playing on X. But allegedly, according to Binance, it wasn't a major big deal. They were able to recover everything and turn it right back. Price didn't recover simply because it happened. It happened in the first place. And then Garuda decentralized and a number of these different hacks and breaches. Google got hit. A lot of the security vulnerabilities are starting to spike. A lot of that is AI driven. That's going to play into something I'm going to cover on the tail end of the episode. Suffice to say, the best thing you can do if you're concerned about it, is first of all, you shouldn't be leaving your stuff on an exchange. I understand you're gambling, you're rolling the dice on the longs in the order books and I understand, to me, I would not leave stuff on the exchange because that's what could happen. Obviously Binance has a little bit of a nest egg going on, but all of the exchanges have been breached. They all get it. So I would recommend keeping the wallet. Speaking of wallets, I actually did have a wallet manufacturer reach out on YouTube. I've not gotten back to them if they do hit Listen to the show Crypto Talk fm. I've not gotten back. I do have your inquiry. I've not gotten back primarily because there's a lot going on and I need to make sure I get things done in order. But I will at least respond to the inquiry. And then I had another person reach out. Apparently it's a CEO of some company that does collectible cards and they reached out to just have me, you know, review one of these packs and I. I'm considering it. I haven't committed. That may come and then I'll talk about on the show and one of the men and one of the upcoming episodes. So I. The point is there's a lot of things going on. Not only that, but my job because I don't do this as a full time. I have a real job and my job is it's got me involved. My personal things have me involved. But I commit to those that are waiting on a response. I will get back to you with a response here shortly. I commit that I will do that. At minimum, I will respond. It's a tough time right now, especially with fresh off the holiday. I know it's just Halloween, but there were still a lot of things going on with the holiday. And then we're about to hit winter. I've got to get some prep going. So bear with me. It is coming. I commit. I will. I said up at the front, AI seems to be the root cause of a lot of the problems that are happening with the various exchanges and the various breaches and various hacks and everything going on. And I said there's a connection to the tail end of the episode and the tail end of the episode. I purposely reserved for the garbage because I'm going to speak about the garbage and I'm going to speak about how AI contributed to the level of garbage that we see. Because even I wasn't aware if what I heard is true about the significant use of AI earlier than we saw it. For those that are like what the hell is he talking about? When I say anytime I say garbage, chances are I'm talking about block Dag. Because that's what it is. It's what it's been. It's what it's likely always going to be is garbage. So anytime. Just as a caveat, if you listen to the show, if I say garbage, it's likely at this point blocked that like in the past it might have been Saitama. Now it's likely it's it's going to be blocked at and turns out it's possible. Possible. Can't prove it but it's possible that the marketing arm from called W Pro was in some way involved in the artificial marketing pump somehow that spiked Saitama now Saitama hit multi billions of dollars in market cap during its rise. And we understand that ZM Quant and some of those other market maker firms they got, you know nailed. Andrew in they got nailed. Russ Cult leader admitted his guilt. Max Hernandez admitted his guilt. Nam Trans on the run Manny the Hitman Manny the Rug puller he's. He lost his case. They want to try to extra out to the U.S. if they do extra down to the U.S. that means we'll actually get some court information for the guy because where he was at you had to go to the the Westminster Court magistrates and they didn't. It wasn't easy to get a lot of the stuff. You had to send a reporter physically to the court and then you can get whatever information you want. It's open but you have to physically be there. And I'm not. I wish I was, but I'm not. And I might say that I Don't really wish I were there because some people claim that the crime is out of control. I'm saying that for the purposes of reporting, I wish I were there. Same thing with South Africa. South Africa does not publish criminal stuffs online. So you can't understand if certain people that just happen to be in a town like Cape Town or something, I'm just making up a town that might be up for criminal actions or chased for criminal actions or something else. And some of those people have gone silent. And because they've gone silent, we suspect something's going on. So just as caveat, if I say the word garbage referring to a project I'm discussing, it's going to be blocked. That just so you have the connection. But I refer to it as garbage because it's garbage. Well, I was digging around when certain of these people, dumb and dumbers went silent. You know, there's not been any AMAs, there's not been any announcements, there's not been any real traction. But the so called community is out in force claiming that it's a strong and thriving environment. Obviously it's hard for that to happen when the so called canonical is dead in the water. It doesn't work. So it cannot be canonical because it can't even keep the thing working separate from this. I looked on the. I stumbled across an article and somebody put in this article a link and it says I believe it's kishilos-exposed.com I believe that's the name of what it is. It's not that block tag exposed. That's a different person. This one, I think it says giggles dash exposed. I believe it's what the name of site.com and on this site it's AI created. Obviously I know that the person who used AI to create the site is out of the UK. That's all I know. I don't know beyond that. It could very well be. Could be Anthony Turner for all we know. Because I believe he's based out of the UK right now. I don't know for sure. I'm saying that whoever used AI to create this site, from what I can tell is based out of the uk. If that's right, whoever it is had some direct access to some content. The content itself was not posted on the site. They had an AI. I know it's AI Voice. That was basically two. It's a male and a female talking back and forth like a. Some kind of interview or something. I know it's not real people, you know, I can tell it's AI because the whole site's AI but they're describing transcripts and audio things that they allegedly were covering where allegedly there's a call and they're talking about this call and then they're talking about the project and they're talking about Kijos and the whole nine and they're treating it like some expose but they don't give any source of any of this stuff. That's the problem I got with these people. They don't give the true source of this stuff. There was a different part of the site that claimed okay, if you click on this it'll you go down and you can click on, you can have the direct source of whatever. There's no link, there's no clicking, there's no source, there's no source of any of this. There's no source audios, no source video. There was a different, there was an X post which was from like a couple of years ago and it came from, I forget the guy's name but he was, he was on the Spartans side and apparently he's one of the influencers on the Spartan side that does coverage of various casinos and he had some allegedly audio or video or something posted on Google Drive that allegedly was the influencers not, they were not getting paid. And they were yelling and screaming at the coordinator for this whole thing which is a different company. This other company, it used to be standalone and then allegedly got acquired by the marketing firm. So then it, so then that's where this person put this alleged expose saying this guy who is associated to the Spartans and ripped us off and we didn't get paid. Here's the audio, here's the proof of us saying we didn't get paid. And there's one of the people from that firm was telling them you need to take down your expose or nobody's getting paid. Well, they didn't get paid anyway. Like it's this whole big thing. And then he, in his post he's saying yeah, apparently this. Cuz he didn't, he wasn't in the garbage. But he's saying apparently this guy is associated with this other project, this crypto project, that he ripped those off. So the point is that that was the only source I saw where there was some true sort like an actual audio call where they're, we're hearing this stuff and it got taken down, it's gone. So all that's left are these, you know, AI voices banting back and forth about what's going on on this one. And one of them Stood out because it was referring to a call. And in the call it's. It's saying that Nick was the CEO. So that had to place this call sometime in the frame of about December, January, time frame is my guess. I can't tell because there's no dates, there's no details. It's just giving thoughts, basically. It's not really helpful. I was trying to trace it back. So to give you some timeline here, on October 24th, I did an upload and it was YouTube only at the time. And what I said was I had a cover and it said beautiful fraud. Because this was fresh off of them admitting on an AMA that they had oversold the pre sale and they were trying to figure out what to do about it after this. So this is October 24, they said oversold the pre sale. Got to figure out what they're gonna do about it. I got attacked. That was one of the ones. I was getting attacked not just from marks, but also digitals. So I was getting hit on two sides. Okay, so that one got removed by YouTube because of the attacks that were going on at the time. I still have it because that's how I work. So I still have it. But the point is that October 24th is. That's when I did the recording. It would have been just before that that there was an AMA where they admitted they had oversold the pre sale and they needed to figure out a way to get things back on track. Okay, so then the community does a vote after this. And again, I'm pretty sure that's November time frame, if I recall. But they do a vote where they're talking about what's going to be made available. Now anybody who was listening to the AMAs at that time will remember when they talked about the vote, they gave a number of different options and I wasn't. There was four options. I thought each one of them sucked. Okay. Of the options that were given, they essentially were talking about the compression. Remember that was where they were first talking about the compression of remaining tokens. So if you add, let's say 500,000 coins, 500, 000 coins, they were going to compress a portion of them, which essentially made meant they weren't, you weren't going to have them and you were only going to have a slim number of them because they're compressed. Remember this call. Anybody who was listening, you might remember them talking about that, the compression. What some didn't catch is why they settled on the compression to begin with, because again, the compression continued and it's two different factors going on. The reason they set it on compression and it ties to this call that I'll tell you in a second. They had opened it up to the community, they had sent out a, they had sent out a survey and they said, vote on this and pick the option you think makes sense. And that's what will go on. It was actually inside the purchase portal. You go in, you attach it, you voted one of them, then they tallied the results and that's what they chose. That's the community which was at the time the consensus. Those were the people, remember Nick and Jeremy and Anthony. That's the only people that they would talk to. So they were inside because they were talking to those people at that time. The consensus said we took a vote and we chose that option. So the option that took your coins up front, I'm talking up front, we're not talking the July, June garbage, we're talking way back November up front, pre sale that where they took your coins. That's because the consensus voted on that option. And Nick slash, Jeremy slash Turner followed what they said. They spoke for you, they made the decision for you. The consensus did that. So if that bothered you, that's where your ire look it up should be directed is at those people because they're the ones that voted on that option on your behalf. They didn't ask you. You might not even know the vote was happening because you don't follow that crap. But that's why the initial compression happened. The piece you missed is usual saw. Well, hell if they're fine getting their coins ripped off from them, I'll just keep on doing that. And he created the marketing garbage that then became the ongoing incessant look it up compression that you then were subjected to over time, including the June July where you basically aren't getting anything. He turned it into a marketing thing because those people said that they're okay getting their coins stolen from them. Do you understand? Well, this call that they're talking about is the origin behind all of that nonsense. What you're going to hear me share because I'm going to talk it out. I'm not going to share the audio because I have a theory as to who this is and I believe that person is very lawsuit happy. I can't prove it, but I have a theory of who I think it is because I don't think it's Turner that did this part of it. I think it's Turner that might have shared some of the information. Turner might have Created the site. But I have a theory. I know who the other person might be and they're very lawsuit happy. So I'm going to do it in my own words. That way they can't do about it, including YouTube, because it's all my words. I'm simply providing coverage of what I see and what I hear. But I will provide you references to where this information came from because you don't follow it. And I want you to have the source. The source is not me. The source is the community. That rhymes. What it's saying is allegedly there's some sort of an audio video recording. This is alleged. And again, I'm thinking November, December, January, somewhere in there. Likely November based on the voting. This is what I'm recollecting. But it's been a while. Could have been December, but feels like it might have been November. Either way, allegedly there's some sort of a call, audio and video. Allegedly it refers to Nick as CEO. Okay, so it's claiming that Turner was already fired. We knew that there was a period in time when Turner had gone missing, so this might have been around that time. But I seem to recall that the vote part, Turner was still there. Seem to recall that. I may be misremembering, but I seem to recall that in any event, this call, they're saying that Nick introduced himself as CEO at the time. Most likely I can't know because I can't see the source. Most likely they're referring to Nick as CEO as a reference to what he was at the time. This was leaked because he took over at a point, but that during the call he was not the CEO. However, he was probably coordinating everything going on with the vesting and everything else. And Turner was blind to it. Remember, Turner on the AMA said he wasn't watching the books like he should have been. He wasn't paying attention to it. He was focusing on the tech side. The irony is that Jeremy allegedly is part of this call. Jeremy's listed at CTO as part of this call. So if Jeremy was there, how can Jeremy be there? But turn is not apparently oblivious to this chaos. How can that be? So the timing is kind of wonky and it didn't give dates, but I'm thinking it's got to be November, December, January, just based on what it is. They're talking about the vesting, they're talking about being over. You know, they overbooked it, they oversold it, and what are they going to do to make it make it right? Because people are pissed off after the call where they announced they had oversold the pre sale. So they're now doing some sort of a meeting and apparently this is prior to the call where they announced the decision about the vesting. This is apparently just before that because in the call allegedly Nick is referring to a two hour time frame that they've been given a two hour ultimatum that they're going to get on a call and announce to the community what the decision was as far as the vesting handling. So if you can recall back or there's history, a lot has been deleted. But you can recall back they had a call where they said the community is chosen and they chose. They picked that garbage selection which was the compression and the 40% up front and then the tiered vesting. 12 month. That's what we're talking about. That's what everybody got. A bunch of your coins were taken from you. You then got 40% of the remainder and the other part of it's locked up for a year and then there's a staircase down each month a little bit gets released. That whole vesting schedule is what the consensus voted on your behalf which resulted you losing coins by the way, in the call. Allegedly Nick doesn't understand how to read a calendar. I'm going off what this call is saying because I can't see the source. Allegedly Nick doesn't know how to read a calendar. Allegedly Nick doesn't know what vesting means. Allegedly Nick doesn't know how to calculate the money part of it. Allegedly Nick doesn't know how to work a spreadsheet. That's what the context of this is. That's what it's saying. It's saying you started with the CEO of this business and he doesn't even understand how this all works. He doesn't understand how to do the math. He doesn't understand a calendar. How many months is this? 13 to 22. Is that nine months is 11 months? That's what it's claiming was said on the call. I can't see the source of the call. To verify the veracity, look it up with the statements I'm reciting and I'm summarizing what the statements were apparently made in this particular call. If somebody has the source and can point me to it, CryptoTalk FM or hit the contact form, let us know or comments below. We'll happy to take a look at it. Allegedly people in the room other than Nick can't do basic math either to be able to subtract 22 minus 13 either because they're getting various answers. Someone says 11, someone says 12. Quote, it sounds like a comedy sketch, but this is the executive team deciding the liquidity schedule for a massive asset pool. I don't know if that's what really happened. That's why I'd like to hear the source so I can verify it's true. Or is this person just making stuff up? I can't tell. But allegedly that's what it is. So then they're talking about the different options. Okay, the different, therefore that they presented. 8.338%, 2% here and 40% here. They're talking about how do we. How we make the math work, how do we make this together? And allegedly. And they're doing on a spreadsheet. And allegedly Nick says, quote, that's not vesting. Vesting means it's all locked. Well, vesting doesn't mean it's all locked. Vesting is a schedule of unlock. It means that a portion might be locked and unlock a duration applies to the lock. Not all of it's locked. That doesn't make any sense. It'd be a lock if it was a lock. It's a vesting. Vesting is a different thing. And allegedly someone on the team has to say, quote, earning the right to something over time. That's not really accurate, but it's better than saying it's straight up lock. A vesting does not require any earning. That's not what vesting is, not in the traditional sense. You don't earn on vesting because you already paid for them. If you have vested investments and there, there's a cliff for release and a rolling release, there's no earning. You're not doing anything other than waiting time. So I don't really agree with that definition, but it's certainly better than the idea of everything being locked up. Regardless, they give their own definition in this audio, which I like and I'm going to share it. But what they basically say is, quote, it is the mechanism that prevents founders, early investors and the community from dumping their assets on day one and instantly cratering the token price stop. So, yes, that's a very good definition of the why of it, not the what of it. The why of it is perfectly fine. I have no concern with that definition of the why of it. The why is to prevent dumping. If you accept that definition and you accept that why, you understand the flaws of the consensus and why they're idiots for what they voted and why. At the time I said, you making a big mistake on what you voted for and then I'll tell you what mine was at the tail end of the episode. But this tells you why the consensus didn't get it either. They voted to have some of the coins released up front. It was a 40% and the rest would be vested in there with the assumption being that they'd be listed on exchanges and that people could get their money back. That was their motivation. They said so on a call. Their motivation was to get the money back as much as you could. And if you got some of it, at least that's better than nothing. And then you wait on the rest of it, then see what would happen with the thing. That was their mindset. They said so on the call. The flaw is that when you give that many coins, what's going to inevitably happen? Dumping. There's nothing wrong with dumping for those that want to get out. Assuming you have enough velocity of people that want to buy. Velocity of people that want to buy. I'm talking free market now. Velocity of people that want to buy assumes you have a compelling reason to buy. Compelling reason is not casino. Compelling reason is not sports book. Compelling reasons. Not even your own exchange. Compelling reason is a compelling reason. It could be anything. It could be that you're a meme. That's still a compelling reason for some that just gamble on memes. Lock that didn't have a tangible product ready at the time they were going to launch on exchanges. Remember when Kitchens first showed himself on the call and he said, guys, we had the money, we had the blockchain, we're ready, we just launched. Just go. Because he didn't see that you need to have a product first. He's not wrong. Except that the sentiment had already been damaged to that point. So when you've damaged sentiment, you've got distrust. You've gone years with nothing to show for it. You got lied to about who's really behind the project. You oversell the pre sale to an nth. You take people's coins because those dumb and dumbers listen to the consensus who didn't have your best interest at heart. Nothing went positive. So since nothing went positive, then you say we're going to give you 40% of the coins. You didn't give anybody an incentive to buy in. You didn't give anybody an incentive not to sell. You basically just said we'll give you a little bit of a pittance. We'll take the vast majority of your coins. Because imagine if it was 40% of the total number you would had. That might have been too bad. If people listened to Leister Crypto Talk FM and went to webot, that's a different thing. Point though, based on what was done, they released the 40%. Only the 40% gave away the vast majority of your coins, opened up certain exchanges, then locked them down from deposits, withdrawals, then did fake pumps to trigger FOMO of people buying in on the exchange, then did the dumps. Those people are trapped. Then it opens withdrawals and deposits a little bit after the price tanks, then it locks it down again. What do you have to show for it? Nothing. And what they're saying here is that all of that circled around their ineptitude in whatever. This meeting was allegedly led by Nick, where they couldn't even figure out how to do vesting properly and is because of a result they didn't understand. People are going to dump because you harm sentiment because of everything that you've done up to that point is essentially what they're implying, which I don't disagree. Remember how in some of the AMAs you would see like Nick, he would drop, Anthony Turner would drop. Like some of the people would just drop off. And I'm like, dude, what the hell's about your day? Apparently a lot of these are just running 5G hotspots. They're just going to different places at the cafe or something. There's no real office to these things. And so they don't have stable reliable Internet to work on. Allegedly as part of this call they were doing that same thing where they're seeing people just drop off the call key team members because they're on 5G Internet, sit on stable Internet. Like you would think they would book an office conference room that has stable wired Internet and just get it done. But apparently they're not doing that. Even back then, even back then they did not have the wherewithal to actually have corporate Internet. Stable Internet under the premise that you're going to be having AMAs and video calls and meetings potentially remote because one of these people is working remote, that you don't even have the right framework to work remote with people. That's what it's saying. Now they're getting to this point, okay, we're dropping key team members, we're running out of time. They had this two hour deadline that I don't fully understand because I don't have the source, but I assume it had to do with the commitment to the community. I assume, I don't know. But they don't know what's going on. They can't figure out a vesting Schedule allegedly, according to his call, somebody in this meeting says, quote, I have a full version of Claude, the paid version. Allegedly they're going to take the tokenomics, they're going to give it to Claude, and they're going to tell Claude to give it a vesting schedule based on certain assumptions. Allegedly this is what happens. I don't know that's true, but allegedly. So they say 17 billion tokens post presale, a listing price of 5 cents. Okay, go and give me some examples of vesting for users holding a certain number of tokens to see what that financial impact is going to be and then give us back what that looks like. And then that information went on the slide deck that they showed you on that call with the options selected and the different scenarios. What they're saying is that all of that math, all those numbers, everything that you saw was just AI spitballing based on fabricated numbers that didn't represent the real world. Because it said for users holding 500,000, 1 million, 5 million, 10 million tokens. The problem, because they did the compression, very few people would have been holding 500,000 tokens anymore. So if you're not even holding 500,000, the number, the thresholds that they were testing against didn't make any sense with a realistic return for your investment because there's no way you would have been holding that many actual coins due to the compression and where they stole roughly 80% of them form from you. They would have had to drop these numbers, I would argue, by 10%. So you'd say 2,000 bucks. But by the time you were able to get into the exchange, it had dropped two or three zeros. So you're like two bucks. How can you, how can you do. Because that's not, that was not realistic. It was never going to happen. They just spitball numbers, Nick allegedly just spitball numbers to give you numbers that didn't make any sense because they were padded. They were based on the pre compression numbers. The pre compression didn't make sense because they took 80% of the coins from you to begin with. The launch of the exchanges happened in January, February. You weren't, you didn't have anywhere near the coins that they quoted on the slide deck that they fed to AI at the time. What this call is alleging is they just gave data to AI because they didn't know how to do it themselves. And they didn't have basic math skills and didn't have basic vestings, not knowledge. They didn't have the knowledge to do it. So they Trusted AI to give it something, but they didn't understand exactly what AI does with that information. AI is built to tell you what you want to hear, to answer the question the way you ask it. And you have to be very careful about the prompt. You have to ask for pros, cons. You have to have realistic data, input data. And they didn't have realistic input data. You weren't going to have a launch price of $0.05. It wasn't going to happen. The fake pumps, it didn't matter because it was locked anyway. So what I said, what good is a high price when you can't, you can't sell, you can't deposit them. So what did it matter? But worse, you don't have these amounts of coins. You had nowhere close to that amount of coin. You had a smaller. You had 20% of what you had bought. So let's say you had 50,000 coins. That meant even if you could, the most you could have gotten is 2000 bucks. Now you might say, well, that's not chump change. It's not. But you couldn't deposit anyway. It didn't matter. The vesting didn't matter. The vest. The whole premise behind the vesting was flawed because when they went live with the exchanges, the exchanges locked down deposits while doing the fake pumps because they were trying to get people to just to buy at the high price, which didn't make any sense. Then when they saw that people stopped buying smartly, they stopped buying. They turned off the fake pump market makers, then the price tanks, then the deposits show up, and it's fine, you can go and deposit now. Didn't matter, but the damage is done. There was still a point, there was still a slim window with we bought where you could have made some good money. I got a screenshot about it, and you could have made some decent money. At that little point in time when they were winding it down, people didn't listen to me because they sent out an email. We were scams. We're not on Webot, which was fake. It was lie. They were on Webot. Webot was legit. I was telling them countless times. But people listened to the liars and ignored it until we bought crashed. And then all of a sudden, they're now saying, okay, we're going Webot. Hey, the price is crap. Yeah, because you listen to the liars, the liars who did the fake pumps. And during the fake pumps, they triggered that based on a fake launch price. Religious. 600 million, which was based allegedly on them feeding numbers into Claude AI and having Claude AI do their job because they didn't know what they were doing. That's the allegations made here, folks. I don't know if it's true, but that's what they're saying now. Allegedly, after this happens, Jeremy intervenes. This is allegedly Jeremy intervenes and offers to just rework the spreadsheet to get everything to add up to 100. I don't know if that happens. I can't see the source. But allegedly, that's what happens. And then the question comes up. Not asked, but just in the mind, the question comes up. What drives the push to have the community vote? What? Why is it that the community is being asked to vote? Allegedly, when this is being talked about, somebody in the room says, again, this is allegedly says, quote, what's our counter? When they say that they think we're tanking the project because we're leaving everything to them, meaning the community, and then we can blame them. So allegedly, a team member is saying what Leister said to be the truth back then, which is this whole decision, this whole vote, all you're doing is acting as a scapegoat and deflecting blame. And apparently a team member said the same thing, which is we're just doing this to deflect blame, and they're going to call us out on it, which is what I did before I got attacked by Marx and Kiddles. It's a valid question to ask. That's why I asked it myself. It's. There's nothing wrong with the question. Allegedly. I don't know that he did say this, because I don't have the source, but allegedly Nick says something to the effect of allegedly. That's what they've always wanted. They keep on telling me I'm too stupid and I'm too dumb, and they're like a clown. So go for it, man. Okay? So you. It is true that I called it Nick Vander idiot. Yes, that's true. It is true that I called him a clown. It's clown show. These are things I've said, okay? Far as I know, I'm the only one who said these things. So I take that. I take this as a badge of honor. If he said these things, I know he's. If he did, he's likely referring to me, and I take it as a badge of honor. I'm not against that. I did call him those things. I called Turner an idiot, too. He's not alone. They're all idiots, right? And I did Nick Vander idiot. That came from me. Right. I did these things. So I, I accept that. If that's truly what was said. I don't know if it was, but if it was, I accept that as a badge of honor. Now are we suggesting though, if he was, if he was the CEO at the time, are we suggesting that the CEO of a company got so butthurt at comments online that are calling out stupid mistakes and calling you an idiot that he said like a child, well fine, then you play with the toys. I didn't want him. Anyway, that's what we're suggesting happen. Really? Now obviously I called this years, you know, months ago. It is, but jeez, do you get now why I kept calling him Nick Vander idiot? If this is what he legit did and said, allegedly, he then said, quote, fine, you drive, let's see how you like it. Are we suggesting that a CEO said waa, you won't let me leave? You calling me an idiot? You're calling me dumb. You hurt my feelings, you do it. Waa. Is that what we're saying? A CEO of an org, really? And then allegedly, because I don't know if this took place, but allegedly Jeremy, who not just a little bit prior, had to help them figure out math on an Excel spreadsheet, allegedly Jeremy's rolling on board and agreeing with this absolute shocking decision development from the CEO Nick, and says, allegedly, quote, let them decide and then we go what they say and then, you know, we eat the dog food. The most important thing is that they decide and then we go with that because in the end the consequences are on them. If they want to muck with the price early on because they want so much liquidity, then deal with it we go. So the allegation made in this audio is that the CEO of a company got butthurt on comments online, got set off and triggered, as the kids say, got in his feelings and just threw up his hands, kicked over his blocks on the floor and opened up a decision to the marks, who then chose a bad decision. And that allegedly Jeremy, who worked the Excel spreadsheet and thus knew how the numbers would play out, Jeremy understood that the decision made by those marks would tank the project because you're just creating high sell pressure. And so allegedly they knew that those marks were going to make the wrong choice and tank the project, which would allow them to deflect blame them, meaning Jeremy and Nick, allegedly, that's how this went down. Allegedly Jeremy wanted those marks to take the fall for their decision because one of those marks is on audio record saying we Took a vote and the community agreed. This is the way we want to go. Which means that Mark owns the fact that they tanked the project because they owned the decision. That was a decision that resulted in the tanking of the price on the central exchanges. That's what this is saying. What this is saying is that you had a butt hurt CEO that got his feelings hurt. You had a CTO who doesn't know jack about tech and but is apparently the only one that can work Excel properly using a bunch of AI to try to figure out a vesting schedule. Because said butthurt CD CEO doesn't understand what vesting means or how it works. And rather than them trying to offer a solution that's going to preserve the price and holding stance as leaders of an organization, they pawned over to a pair of marks to give them allegedly the authority to make a decision that they had to know was going to take the project and drain liquidity out of the project because it was going to create undue cell pressure due to the fact that the project was in the crapper. That's what the allegation is on this audio that I will provide. You can go here, here what this AI is talking about. And again, if anybody has the source, CryptoTalk FM, hit the contact form or comments below. Because I'm saying allegedly, I don't know that this was the call, but that's what it's saying. It gave quotes of this call and it said there's a transcript floating around. I haven't seen it, but that's what it's saying. If that's true, share it that everybody can hear it. But what it means, it means a butt hurt CEO, an inept CTO apparently conspired to let the community bite off their nose despite their face to kill themselves because they only listen to those two marks and they set them up. They set those marks up. Like I'm not even blaming the marks. They're marks. That's why I say they're marks. Because these two allegedly but hurt CEO and cto, AKA Dumb and Dumber, used them, used and abused them like hookers in a hotel because they're the only two that they would listen to. That's it. They wouldn't listen to anybody else in the community. Remember I said what Nick tried. He reached out. I'd love to talk to you on the show. I said, cool, I'm gonna ask tough questions. He never got back to me because he didn't want those tough questions. He wanted the softballs from the Marks, meanwhile, he was playing them like puppets. That's what. That's what they're saying here. He played them like puppets. He gave them the open door to make the decision that empowered them to taint the project, so they deflected blame. Consider if this is legitimately what happened. And I'm going off of what I saw in this transcript and what I saw with this alleged audio going on here. What it's saying is you're dealing with inept leadership that had no business leading a project. Well, that was clear and apparent from Jump. But if what they're then saying is true, that Dumb and Dumber conspired to allow the project to tank to try to prove a point because they were butthurt over being called names online, if that's true, what do you think Digitals would have done in reaction to. To seeing the price tank? He would have scrambled. He would have done anything. Is it possible, and I'm asking you to think it through. Is it possible that the actions of Dumb and Dumber and these Marks is what caused Giggles to then just go nuts with a bunch of random crap thrown on the side? Guys, we need a casino. Guys, we need a sports book. Guys need exchange. Guys that they just start randomly doing to try to salvage some something they're just throwing against the wall, hoping it sticks because they've irreparably look it up, damage the project at its price. Is that possible? I submit to you, lady gentlemen, whatever it is entirely plausible. Dumb and Dumber is the cause of all of this. And if you actually had competent leadership in front of it, that you wouldn't see the chaos you do. Now. We can never know. We can never know because you had inept people there from Jump, starting from Turner, not Giddles, because Turner turned a blind eye at a point. He wasn't paying attention to the books by his own admission. Those are his words. He wasn't watching the books. He wasn't watching what's going on. He was signing a bunch of deals. He signed some of that stuff. He was signing a bunch of deals. He was trying to get money. Was it his idea to do the deals or was it Giggles? Did he go to Giggles and say, this is what I want to do. Let's get the money first and then let's do it? Did he do that or did he just go sign the deal, make a promise, go to Kizhl's. Who said this ain't gonna help, guys. This ain't gonna do anything. We don't know. We can't know, I'm not absolving anybody in this chain. I'm saying multiple bobbleheads in this one screwed the pooch. And it started with incompetence. As I've been telling you for months out now. It started with incompetence. It's incompetence. It might have got to the point of desperation. It might have got to the point of malicious. We can never really know. What we do know is what's obvious, which is incompetence. It is gross, incomplete incompetence. It's negligence at multiple levels. It is the utmost. I've not seen Saitama was close, but this is worse than Saitama. Because at least with Saitama, at least with Saitama, the most they told you that they were gonna definitely do was that stupid mask wallet. That was the most. The side of realty came later. The side of the Jesus came later. As things they like to do. Those didn't really go anywhere. It's whatever. The wallets. What they banked on a wallet. They couldn't even get that right. That was prior to the rise of AI. If they had AI, they'd probably pull that off. I believe they might have pulled it off. But they didn't have AI at that time. Were they ahead of their time? No. Because they were dumping on people's heads while telling them. I said hold. So they were truly unethical people in that regard. And under no circumstances did Saitama lock you out of your tokens. You could always have your tokens. It's just they were crapping in price. People that were smart enough at points, saw the peaks, sold out, didn't pay attention to the bullshit with the fail. November 13, 2021 Vegas event. Gambled it and got out. There's people that made money on it. There's people that made money on Saitama. There's people that made money on SafeMoon. There's people that made money on a lot of these that were way higher market cap than this garbage. This garbage is the worst of it. Because what I have seen and continue to see is blatant ineptitude to the highest degree using a name that does not represent the product in any way and they have nothing to show. It's. It's Seifu. Like if I had to find a parallel, it's Seifu. Anybody who was in Seifu, that crap Block Dag is Seifu Block Dag now is what Seifu was. It's the same idea. Nick is the same as freaking car salesman it's the same thing. It's the same thing. That's what I see now. We don't know what's going on. But hopefully you're clear. I challenge you to go look at this and listen to it. But hopefully you're clear. This started with gross incomplete incompetence. This started with guys that were in over their head. They didn't know what they were doing, didn't belong in it. They thought they did, but they didn't really belong in it. They tried to exploit what they saw was high momentum, but no. No game plan, no strategy, no strong business sense. It's not that they weren't in business. They didn't have strong business sense. No strategy, no nothing. Can you repair it at this point? Not with this name. Not with this plan. I say no. I say no. I said that the Community side should just created a whole new blockchain. Do whatever you're going to do. Create a whole new something. Do the same thing you were going to do. But they didn't do that. They're hooking into the existing one. That's got that baggage and I don't think it's going to go anywhere. You're. Why? Why like the Saitama V2 and the Saitama V3. Why are you hooking into something that's got a bad replacement? Because in their minds they don't understand reputational damage in crypto and the fact that it's hard to recover. None of them do. None of them. They don't get it. They'll point to Ethereum and Ethereum Classic while Ethereum is run by an idiot. This is true. It was a different time, number one. Number two, at that time that was a community driven deal. But you had Community on both sides. So it wasn't the same as where this is isolated off into one. And here you got a community deal over here and it's still one chain. So you haven't solved the problem. The exchanges aren't going to touch you with a ten foot pole. Nobody's making out positive. All I'm saying and I've said have said this started with incompetence. It started with blatant incompetence. It started with people don't know what they're doing. That's how it started. That's what I continued to see. And as a result I don't think there's a future. I don't know what's happening right now with them all going silent, dumb and dumber. Silent Turner silent. Huge silent. I don't know what that means? I have no idea. No. No information. What I can tell you from my lens, this is a situation of just incompetent people. You don't. They don't know it. Like Paratoken. Paratoken had incompetent people. I don't think there's anything wrong with the project, but I think they had incompetent people behind it. Didn't know what they were doing. Make the wrong decisions, guided by the wrong people, maybe, but incompetent, that's what I see here. I will continue to maintain that stance, so I will share the link to that. This business and I encourage you to listen to it, make your own opinion about what it means. Because I don't have a statement. This is what they said and if it's true what they said, and I don't have a reason to think it's not. If it's true what they said. You're talking about people who are just incompetent. You're talking about people that they could absolutely cut and run and they didn't. But now they're trying stuff because they tanked the project with a bad decision that they tried to pin on Marks, who got in their head, their own head, didn't understand that their decision was poorly thought out and didn't listen to people trying to warn them. The net effect, as I said in my Army vs Family episode, Collateral damage, which they don't care about because they don't care about the damage to you in their quest to try to make it right, they're just making it worse. Sam.
